While we strive for perfection, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here is our transparent policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

7-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivering your order if the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all seals intact. Used personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Timeline

    Verification & Pickup

    We will verify your claim within 24 hours and schedule a reverse pickup if approved.

    Refund Processing

    Once we receive the item, refunds are initiated within 48 hours to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles, used oils, or promotional free gifts unless they arrived damaged.
